The Old Mutual Graduate Accelerated Programme 2020 is an opportunity that’s designed to seek out potential young individuals with the right amount of leadership capabilities to take part in the Old Mutual company as interns. Through the entire duration of the course, selected interns will be given the key duties of being involved in several company projects, as well as on-site mentorship conducted by the supervisors.

The Old Mutual Graduate Accelerated Programme Requirements are:
- Recognized as an official South African citizen
- Not older than 27 years old
- Has finished or is currently finishing up their 3rd-yeard degrees or postgraduate studies in a well-accredited national university
- Has an average academic score of at least 65% during the last year of their studies
- Being available for relocation to Cape Town or Johannesburg (if required.)
