The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa, or simply shortened to as ICASA, is a national establishment that is tasked with the regulation of the country’s communications sector. Having started in 2000, ICASA was initially formed as a partnership between the Independent Broadcasting Authority as well as the South African Telecommunications Regulatory Authority. The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) is offering development programmes for smart graduates to attain beneficial working attributes. The ICASA Graduate Development Programmes, conducted in the area of Centurion, is designed to provide the much needed working exposure specifically for graduates who have yet to be employed by any company.
