Aon Graduate Programme Requirements

The Aon Graduate Programme Requirements are as follows:
- Successfully finished their Degree qualification
- All degrees are welcomed, but preference will be offered for the following degrees:
- BCom Commerce
- BCom Risk and Insurance
- BCom Economics
- Currently between 19-26 years old
- Does not have prior working experience
- Has not participated in any graduate programmes before
- Presents themselves in a professional manner
- Highly involved in extracurricular activities
- Displays solid communication abilities
- Has a great sense of critical thinking
- Solves problems efficiently with great analysis
- Can work independently without much supervisions
- Displays a positive, can-do attitude
- Results-oriented
- Shows solid PC skills with basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- Adaptive to fast-paced working environments.
Note: candidates must be prepared to be registered as a FAIS representative and will be under the direct supervision of the Financial Services Conduct Authority.
