The ASA (Agr\u00e9ment South Africa) Internships is a wonderful opportunity to increase your working exposure in the relevant industry. Selected interns will gain beneficial exposure into the industry which will better prepare you for the future job market.<\/p>\n<p>The ASA (Agr\u00e9ment South Africa) Internships will be conducted in Pretoria. Interns are expected to fully commit to the entire duration of the internships, which will take place for a total period of 12 months. Interns will be entitled to a remuneration of R113 955.00\/year.<\/p>\n<p>The ASA (Agr\u00e9ment South Africa) Internships is available for three different fields:<br \/>\n<strong>1. Procurement Intern<\/strong><br \/>\nProcurement interns will be gaining credible work exposure in the Supply Chain Finance sector.<\/p>\n<p>Internship Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creating orders and sending them to the correct recipients<\/li>\n<li>Writing up tender documents<\/li>\n<li>Obtaining quotations on a day-to-day basis<\/li>\n<li>Expediting orders on a day-to-day-basis<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with customers<\/li>\n<li>Gathering relevant information and writing up reports<\/li>\n<li>Providing assistance for supply chain market analysis and logistics<\/li>\n<li>Following the organization&#8217;s vision and mission<\/li>\n<li>Tending to diverse administrative tasks<\/li>\n<li>Handling enquiries and record management tasks<\/li>\n<li>Recording all transactions<\/li>\n<li>Updating the schedules and contract registers<\/li>\n<li>Filling in electronic and manual systems with appropriate data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Has a Grade 12 qualification<\/li>\n<li>Possesses either a 3-year National Diploma \/ Degree in Supply Chain Management \/ B.Tech \/ Logistics<\/li>\n<li>Has 1 year of prior working experience in the field of Supply Chain Management or Logistics<\/li>\n<li>Displays a strong understanding of these following regulations:\n<ul>\n<li>Public Finance Management Act 1 of 1999<\/li>\n<li>Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act 5 of 2000<\/li>\n<li>Supply Chain Management Framework<\/li>\n<li>National Treasury circulars and Regulations<\/li>\n<li>Government Supply Chain management policies and processes<\/li>\n<li>Advantageous: a registered member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Finance Intern<\/strong><br \/>\nFinance interns will be gaining credible work exposure in the Finance sector.<\/p>\n<p>Internship Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reviewing and following up all orders<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with internal and external customers<\/li>\n<li>Providing assistance with Contract Management field<\/li>\n<li>Writing up reports relevant to the work<\/li>\n<li>Providing assistance with logistics<\/li>\n<li>Answering user enquiries<\/li>\n<li>Tending to financial transactions, creditors&#8217; statements, and bank reconciliations<\/li>\n<li>Checking the transactions done on the organization&#8217;s pastel accounting system<\/li>\n<li>Regulating the project accounting system<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing the organization&#8217;s assets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Has a Grade 12 qualification<\/li>\n<li>Possesses either a 3-year National Diploma \/ Degree in Financial Accounting \/ B.Tech \/ Logistics<\/li>\n<li>Has 1 year of prior working experience in the field of Finance<\/li>\n<li>Displays a strong understanding of Public Finance Management Act 1 of 1999.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3.
